I have spent and shall continue to spend this holiday season not

only communicating with civil society, NGO, world government

and national government leaders about current crisis of humanitarian

and other kinds, but reflecting on my friendships and communicating

with friends by telephone, in person, by correspondence and otherwise

so that time does not get the better of us.  I will also continue meditating

and praying upon God's will and best hopes for humankind while

serving as prophetic figure and preparing to publish on the revealed

practices and revelations into the goodness and grace of existence. 

For this life affords many possibiities such as the finding of one's divine

disposition and grace, combatting mischief and evil in favour of kind

and enlightened goodness, finding hope amidst adversity and calamity,

experiencing love and compassion where it is needed and in the place

of less enlightened states of mind, soul and body.

I was speaking with a friend over the Christmas holiday and

discovered he had been dupped by someone about my

historic standing as a world leading jurist - that is, as a leading

multi-disciplinary juridical scientist, Barrister and Solicitor

 - now Counsel.  A group of cons and third rate administrators

are misleading the public, including my dear friend, about my

exceptional standing within the international and North Ameri-

can Bar.  They have grossly perverted the following facts:  I

once overpaid The Society of Upper Canada for the annual

fee that each lawyer must pay; then I advised them to redirect

this overpayment to cover a subsequent year's fee payment.

My overpayment was approximately $700.00 and the amount

due is less than $500.00.  They have refused to make the said

reasonable redirection, and an inquiry into their unbecoming

and illegal conduct is underway while they continue to recklessly

conduct their affairs as Benchers and otherwise as profit-seeking

members of firms and as consultants. 

 

All other rumours and inuendos are created and crafted,

circulated and cultivated by 'dirty' competitive lawyers and

advisors and business people, and others who are simply

asking for a lawsuit for misrepresentation and fraud.  I would

never do anything to degrade my status and standing, or my

reputation and credibility as a legal mind - this would

constitute a violation of my gifts and due efforts as a man

uniquely situated and blessed to handle the world's justice

and law problems as we attempt to make a better, safer and

more just society.  As you know, great lawyers must often

challenge apparently credible authority - whether that authority

be government, an elected official, judges, CEOs and other

executives, corrupt business people, etc...  Indeed, I have

committed myself to these kinds of challenges since it is one

of the best ways for me to use my skills and talents as a man

and scholar of laws, conflict resolution, ethics and justice who

sits as Chief Justice of The Beacon Court / Le Tribunal du

Balise, and as Lead Consumer Protection Advocate and

Investigator at BWI and at the Winston George Advisory (Global),

serves as Chief Intervenor and Ambassador for Beacon

Interventions and BWI, and, discharges the role of Counsel

for a number of national and global organizations.  If anyone

misleads you as to my exceptional and historic standing
