The HRI Projet, or Human Rights Initiative involves a review

of domestic and international laws, the identification of

penalties and remedies to be imposed against gross

wrongdoers - nation states, governments, policing officials,

international and regional organizations like NORAD ...

although such parties have a right to defend themselves in the

face of inevitable conviction, this does not permit escape

from conviction for clear and gross acts of degradation,

rape, torture, mind control, physical and mental terror

accompanied by gross acts of agency and omission. Certainly

a defence cannot include continued harassment, degradation,

assault, molestation, criminal intimidation as part of a

criminally extortionist attempt to foster a settlement or r

elease or death. Government officials and their agents

(at criminal law), within and outside governments, shall

be correctly punished just as German officials, officers,

judges, corporate directors and officers have been

judicially reviewed and penalized, as well as foreign parties

like French train operators who aided in the committal of

crimes by transporting jews to their misery, degradation,

As revealed in a previous blog, still posted, I am continuing to communicate with the UN and other organizations, and nation states, about an investigation to bring a domestic and international violator-criminal to justice for gross breaches of laws. This criminal and criminal organization, at law, is trying to avoid justice by escaping and paralyzing the enforcement apparatus. Yet I cannot permit this group, including all its criminal agents, to succeed. It may have handicapped and rendered impotent a number of enforcement players in the dometic and international arenas, but there are legal systems which have contemplated this kind of movement and so I am working within them to ensure justice is done, and properly imposed ... a fairly administered trial and set of negotiations are forthcoming. This is part of my mission as Ambassador to BWI, which you should join, to be part of a good and important historic cause which you can make part of your own. It is a sad reality that not only will many nation states be involved in the negative, but also presumed enforcement bodies which have become paralyzed wrongdoers due to their own corruption. Thank goodness that the architects of time have ensured fluidity in certain justice and enforcement paradigms; there is no need for cries of despair to purely and singularly dominate - legitimate work can be done to make the proper convictions through a legal system which can demand explanations and impose penalties, while also providing compensation. We shall not be worn down into joining the fray. The said criminal organization is composed of people from all parts of society, and they have committed heinous and grotesque and violent and indecent and repeated and continuous acts of rape, degradation, torture, inhumanity, assault and criminal intimidation without remorse. This list of wrongdoers shall include celebrities and non-celebrities, professional and non-professionals, scientists and non-scientists .... much like the Nuremberg trials of Nazi Germany. It will be a very sad case but it will provide relief for victims and, if done and administered correctly, it will help change the course of history, intractably for the benefit of all people and peoples of the world. Progress of this kind is possible. Progress of this kind can serve us all. Progress of this kind can enlighten our lives and those of the generations which follow. I continue to communicate with certain and other figures in the global milieus to compel them to be cleared to join this very important historic investigation as agents and supporters of BWI.
