It is well known that I work significantly to advance the causes

of consumers in society. In this capacity as consumer protection

advocate and markedly via BWI (or, BeaconWatch International,

an organization that I founded over ten years ago) I investigate

and review a variety of small, medium and large consumer

suppliers of goods and services to ensure fair, safe, healthy, honest,

dignified treatment. In so doing, some organizations and

proprietors have obviously chosen to retaliate in ways that will only

further aggravate their circumstances and those of their commercial

neighbours. This consumer protection role is authorized and

protected by laws and so attempts to degrade such efforts and their

agents should be committed cautiously, especially when the

advocate is remarkably fairminded and the subject jurisdiction is

a capital like Ottawa, Ontario, Canada or Toronto, Canada.

Retaliatory collusive actions by business operators will only

come under review; they will not improperly deter my voice or
