May 27 SHAME ON CANADA'S SEXIST VIOLATORSIn November 2007, I published an article dealing with Canada's
longstanding violence against women crisis. I wrote the piece
as Chief Justice of The Beacon Court / Le Tribunal du Balise
because I wanted to assure the public that this was a matter of
law not policy at this stage in history. In other terms, Canadian
men, in the vast majority white, have been able to batter and assault
and otherwise degrade women without facing proper investigation
or prosecution by police, prosecutors and courts. This means a
gross rule of law and inequality crisis has manifested with women
living in greater fear as a result. This is unacceptable at law since
a state must live in accordance with its internal rules, as well as
international law norms. If you would like a copy of this landmark
article and judgment, you may make a request knowing that I have
set a deadline to markedly reduce the incidence of such violence
by the end of 2008. As well, during the same year, I hope to significantly
address and affect the gross racism which still pervades the North
American continent in violation of constitutional norms. In other terms,
Canada currently faces problems as severe as South Africa's and
greater in light of the current airspace and privacy crisis. BWI continues
to warn members of the public to limit visits to this jurisdiction based on
these significant problems and others.

of BWI's life to advance justice including men and women who
have reached the heights of their fields as visual artists, constitutional
