There is much work to do this century, for skilled social scientists

and so the challenges are up.  The same applies to skilled and

thoughtful artists or arts scholars.  The social, political, business,

I have been a long time supporter of women seeking to enhance

their options in North America, and other parts of the world, within

dignified dialogues.  As well, I have been very clear in condemning

violence against women, especially in Canada with its perverse,

grotesque and severe qualities which offend Canadian

constitutionalism.  Women and men must treat each other with

dignity and an absence of physical and mental violence in

domestic and other settings.  That is the way of goodness,

reason, logic, fairness, intelligence and God.

 

Certain members of North American feminism are violating

and delaying these developments through illegitimate,

illegal, grossly aggressive, abusive tactics, and I will not

support such fraudulent and conniving actions against

myself or any persons - women or men.  We live in transitional

times, and both 'real' or traditional women deserve regard

as do traditional and liberal men.  The feminist movement

is degraded when certain of its members use gross tactics

to advance their aims - the record of history is sophisticated

and acts of connivance, fraud, defamation, misrepresentation,

physical violence, abuse of process, malicious prosecution ...

by women outside or inside family units ... undermine

credibility, as it should be and must be for the advancement

of civilisation, with significant compensatory consequences.

 

Shame on the violators, the abusers ... you know who you

are (a matter to become more public) and let us hope

proper advances continue to be made in keeping with the 

winds of good justice and dignity.

Saud Al-Ammari of Saudi Aramco has made a

bewildering decision to work with Blake Cassels

in the Arab peninsula with the Kingdom having made

some similarly odd decisions, such as retaining

Stikeman, Elliott to perform some of its major

commercial real estate work, in Canada. 

 

This seems to fall into a pattern of poor decisions

made between or among or amidst numerous

Peninsula players and Canadian operators - as if

the Bedouin tribal traditions had lost site of the

need to endure the heat and execute the raid with

great diligence for Islamic integrity and all

families.  With his background, Saud might have

even qualified to meet with me, rather than

accepting a 15 minute appointment with a second

tier operation, and shaming Islam which supports

sharp mindedness in the creation of good Islamic

commercial practices which avoid the pitfalls of

Husein's precedent on the Holy coast and that

of others.

 

 

Sonia's temperament may not be perfectly suited for an

appointment at the level of the Supreme Court, including

her obviously ill-tuned and off-minded arrogance regarding

the judge's role in interpreting laws, however, perhaps

worse decisions have been made.  Her error is commonly

made by legal scholars, and, practicing lawyers and

judges, as compounded by T.V. and film portrayals,

and with an underdeveloped sense of the judge's role

versus that of a legislature.  Many of them are the subjects

of underdeveloped jurisprudential education and thinking -

a matter which I have reviewed and which flows from

within the United States at places like Harvard Law

School, Princeton and other places. 

 

It is the kind of, a form of, a somewhat usual

unsophisticated male and female 'machismo' that has

gone unchecked for some time, with the excessive

politicization of academe, the Bench and the Bar,

and - most significantly - poor legal scholarship and

science and professional development.  With this

said, her personal story and journey must be weighed

seriously and substantively, for if a privileged Kennedy

may make such comments as part of an Americana

dialogue, then so might a child of the off-white ghetto,

with her love of emancipating access to education and

the ecstasies which flow from such like William Clinton

improperly emulating his political theory professors

at a Democratic Convention and as speaker, or Kim

Campbell defending Milton Friedman and the

monetarists in the midst of a federal election campaign

in Canada, in the face of economic and fiscal worries.

I have recently sent Obama of the United States a clear note

and constitutional opinion, with implications for both him and

Harper of Canada and NORAD.  This is not the first time, yet in new

terms, I have made it clear that the law properly contemplates

the available responses in the face of gross violations of civil

and constitutional norms and traditions, and against elected and

non-elected officials and all persons acting as agents of crime.

Jurisprudence and history and civilisation are real, and I shall

wield all correct forces to discipline the state actors and their

agents into proper constitutional and acceptable form.

Walter Cronkite has died after serving as news anchor for

CBS Evening News (1962-1981) and leaving a record that

many in the news and politics field find newsworthy and

admirable.  A news person must be dedicated to his work

and the idea of judgment, especially when involved in

mass media.  This person must be talented in a number of

ways, and perhaps unusually perceptive. 

 

Many think Cronkite represented these values in such a way

that he must be unusually celebrated - his bond with

Americans was unusual and substantial and decorated by

the values of a fiduciary, or someone who could be

trusted.  Certainly I value these traditions and wish him

peace in the heavens after a long life, and perhaps one

that was managed quite smartly and in devout fashion.

His deep and tempo rich voice will sound in the record

for some time.

 

So this month, I celebrate the passing of another year of my life,

on one line of time.  On July 19, a year will have passed and

I will welcome the wishes of friends, and fans, and afficionados ...

A day to celebrate my life, and yours, as if each day and each

person must be celebrated to know the joy of this life.  My e-mail

As many of you know, I dedidate a good part of my life to fighting

crime and civil wrongs, in defence of my globally recognized

senses on human rights.  My artistic life is even further bolstered

or enshrined by such.

 

This involves monitoring the corporate sector, where I am known

as a ruthless yet fair defender of the Canadian and U.S. economic

systems through responsible management.  Recently,

Canada has been further disgraced by the financial scandal

surrounding Montreal based, unregistered advisor, Earl Jones,

accused of duping many vulnerable investors of their 'live savings'.

 

This is part of the current and tragic legal demise of Canada as

a well governed state on the verge of international prosecution

in keeping with domestic and international laws.

 

This is not an absolute'caveat emptor '- or to 'each their own' - society or

economy, and so I am very happy to see the investigation underway. 

Keep in mind that when I play 'trust buster' in the broad corruption

sense, I do not do it merely from the outskirts or the fringes, but

as someone who, at one time, fully graced the halls of big business

and big finance as part of my full time professional life.  I speak from

the conventions as well as detached from them, in the objective

senses.

 

There is good and bad business judgment, this is why the fair law has

devised the difficult but necessary business judgment rule.  My

views on flexible corporate governance should not be viewed as

permissive, but responsible and drawing out responsible

leadership.  For those interested in my seminars and advisory

What a nightware ... in the summer stench?  What a site for eyes

seeking something to illuminate, not ... Toronto Mayor trying

to fix major problem - from epidemic to H1 N1 and now garbage

pile ups because of strikes ... it doesn't seem to stop - a very

different era than when I was there promoting tourism to the

North of the City, as part of ...

 

I have been working on my autobiography for the last several

years in light of the fascination with aspects of my life - both

human and spiritual, and, intellectual and artistic.  I am not

rushing to the press, but I think the first volume shall be finished

in the next few years, if not sooner.  I will discuss and describe

parts of my journey through a variety of endeavours, while setting

out certain of the life principles which I have found successful

and enriching.  Obviously, I will comment on a number of

glamorous elements, such as my interactions, professional and

other affairs, appreciation for and lack of high regard for,  and

relationships with members of the literati, gliterati, the high

finance communities, and high politics communities, intelligentsia,

and a variety of monarchies as man, tennis pro, advisor, artist and

leadership personality within the private, public and third sectors.

Also, I will make comments on judges, diplomats and politicians

whom I know  in a number of manners.  Lastly, I will get the final say

on a series of perverse scandals that have been fabricated against

my works and legacy.  No doubt this will include a mini discourse on

my theories on love, intimacy, abuses of power, wealth as a potential

source of evil, fame, happiness, the law of defamation, dirty and dumb

judges and lawyers and scholars, who is competent to wield power in

our society, good and bad artistry, effective versus grossly manipulative

artistry and literary works, the possibilities for bliss ...

The City of Ottawa has rejected the making of Shannon Tweed

day upon her return with rocker husband Gene.  This has been

a controversial issue to which I can only say:  I met Shannon

as a young boy long before becoming an artist - she was simply

a beauty  queen and model at the time, and remarkably tall.

Also, she was a pleasant hostess of a restaurant named after her,

where I was celebrating a family event.  Her work as a Playboy

model had not begun, nor was her movie career in full swing ...

a pretty face, with a long body, and pleasant smile with a high

fashion sense of grace.  That is the picture and that is all I have

to say on the matter at this time.  The rest may be included in

my upcoming auto- and biographical works.

Elizabeth and her husband Phillip, Monarchs of Great Britain, are

making a grievous error in scheduling a visit to Canada next year,

in light of the terrorist acts being committed by the Canadian

government against its own people, and which she is well aware of

and as conscious agent of the Magna Carta's fundamental gists

in keeping with Acton's concerns.  This lack of judgment explains

why France recently insulted the Windsors and why China and the

Pope have recently insulted Harper with protocols suggesting

comprehension of the wrongs and the need for constitutional

restoration, for the citizens of Canada.  'By land, by sea, by air'

and in peace with such spirit and analogy guiding the way, we must

restore Canada with all proper remedies, for the stability of the

Constitution and the expectations which flow with a constitution.

We cannot be sure what Canada will look like once this juridical

approach is completed, yet we will know that we have respected

a will, a people, a sense of right and wrong, a sense of justice

and harmony that is authoritative, dignified, applicable.

 

It is, of course, a perversion of the peace process to refer to someone of my

judicial stripe as a 'terrorist' for simply adopting the position of an impartial

jurisprudentialist in examining and commenting upon the peace prospects

between Israelis and Palestinians, with all its complexities. It is the obligation

of a jurist of my kind to hear out and examine the submissions of all

disputants when attempting to dispense justice, in light of all the arguments

and positions.  This has been my position since the 1980s when I was awarded

a Gold Medal in due measure as a result of a dissertation I prepared with

a series of papers on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and the civil crisis in Lebanon,

with a view to peace, harmony and stabilization to reduce the sorrow of lives lost. 

All claims to the contrary are simply fraudulent and grossly polemical or manipulative

in the extreme, and should be disregarded as nonsense. 

POPE RECEIVES HARPER AND IS BANNED FROM ACCESS TO

DIVINE PROPHET WINSTON GEORGE TANNIS of this Age and for

all Ages, who comments:  "Benedict is aware of the illegal torture

and intimidation and harassment and acts of inhumanity, which I

am facing and enduring in Canada, at this time and for some time

now, and by operation of the Canadian government and its agents,

at criminal law and including many regular citizens. 

 

His knowledge of my authentic status as Divine Prophet of God for

this Age and all Ages, places him very poorly in God's eyes in light

of the wrong in meeting with the current Canadian Prime Minister,

who is permitting such illegitimacy despite his clear constitutional

obligations, and significantly because although I am not interested

in assuming the Prime Ministership he is threatened, since I am far

better qualified to direct the obligations and powers of the said

Office and state. 

 

Benedict should have known better than to meet with Harper, as members

of his Church should know better.  This disunion from God does not speak

well for the Roman Catholic Church.  Followers of this Church are

encouraged to leave it and quickly, and find another spiritual forum

through which to relate to God, for I am his Divine Prophet and I know best

in light of his will through me.  God has made his wishes clear - you are to

properly adhere to his basic commands as revealed through me; this is not

a happy announcement, but I sensed it might come about.  If you wish to

know and live according to God's will, you must also oppose the current

Canadian political leadership.  They have been warned of this disunion

with God - that is, Harper, Ignatieff, Layton, May ... have all been given

graceful notice, and they and many of their caucus members have failed. 

Protect yourselves legally and otherwise and significantly, from this group -

in protecting yourselves, you will be protecting the best element of the

Canadian Constitution and the U.N. Charter, which I am remain in support

of, on my interpretations, and in God's favour."

A formal Press Release recently made clear that I would not seek

out the Prime Ministership at this time, and despite the crisis that

looms in government.  In fact, it is because of this crisis in Canadian

governance that I have chosen to cure the problems from without,

as not only Barrister but Prophet.  There are some who will be

disapointed by this decision, yet it must be understood that I

know that the PMO is under such seize at present, that an external

form of constitutional actions is required.  In other terms, I am better

able to correct the breakdowns from without in light of how the non-

elected and elected government officials have mobilized to

protect their self-interests and not that of the people of Canada,

who rightfully expect an accountable, constitutionallly sound

government in its service.  This is a case of gross and seamless

corruption and corrupting influences, and as political and juridical

scientist I know my assuming the Prime Ministership would be less

effective than mobilizing externally,  When circumstances in this

regard change, then I will assume the Prime Ministership while

wielding the powers of a Canadian Prime Minister to restore order

and stability and good governance in accordance with the

Constitution of Canada, as both a world leading and esteemed

Canadian jurist who has made such marks from within Canada,

and without compromise, and in keeping with a good interpretation

of Canadian history and agency, despite the current grotesque

wrongs and breakdowns.

 

English actress Rachel Weisz joins the chorus of Winston

George Tannis, in expressing concern about the use of

plastic surgery and other forms of visual enhancement, with

a comment on botox use within the acting field.  "There are

many ways," says Winston George Tannis, "to preserve one's

health and appearance without resort to non-natural risky

measures, and with a focus on beauty in its many dimensions."

CHILD PROSTITUTION REMAINS

Quaeres arise about my dating activities because I have

been seen with various women friends over the last few years.

However, I have been single for some time now, and working

with both men and women from around the world to build up

the goodwill and status of BWI and the Winston George Foundation

(Global) across the globe, while also preparing the release of

CDs, books and a major motion picture which involves me interviewing

and corresponding with actors and actresses, managers, aids and producers

from around the world.   I also have many friends who are women and

who compliment my many male friendships - sometimes because they

are the wives or companions of these friends.

 

You might also imagine that as recently revealed and declared

Divine Prophet of God, I have been meditating with God on the

possibilities of a celibate or unmarried life.  He has yet to firmly

direct me on such mattters, yet I know that with a little time these

matters will be settled as part of my Prophetdom.

 

I am significantly opposed to most forms of plastic surgery

since they are dangerous, degrading and unnecessary in

many instances.  This applies in all places, and certainly

in Lebanon, where I understand a unique advanced industry

has emerged.  For the Lebanese, and other members of the

Arab world to be partaking in this frenzied behaviour constitutes

a form of violence and degradation of the soul and the true beauty

of each heart, body and mind in search of God's will, decent relations

with intimates and others.  At the worst level, a cultural genocide

is in evolution which I find radically simple minded.  The people

of the Levant have an obligation to uphold the truly beautiful

as revealed by God's grace.  This applies to all persons of the

world, since self-esteem and the beautiful begin with a reflection

on God and the manner in which he affirms beauty through

each one of us in communion with the other.
