August 23 GENIUS AS LONELY, PROPHET, BLACK, ConradGenius is a lonely domain; it may be a summons from God in
classical terms. Indeed, God has - after long service to the
dedicated practice of goodness and the search for its elements -
shocked me into a new posture as Prophet. In disbelief yet
understood, like Socrates and others facing the Oracle and
Angels, I proceed. I am wise; the wisest and chosen instrument
of God's divine will. This is a posture I have rejected all of my
life, for myself, and suspicious of imposters or cons or rogue
theologians or cult leaders.
In this same express Meditation, I think of Conrad Black who
has sinned but not clearly committed criminal acts. It is
axiomatic that no man or woman is beyond the law; nor
shall he or she be abused by it for sins falling outside the
strictly defined criminal realm.
Conrad Black speaks openly about the preservation of the
constitutional apparatus, yet well above the heads of most -
a communicative error or blunder.
I could join you in the debauchery, the feasting on his
gluttonous corpse, but in the end I will resist this tempta-
tion as unbecoming to a Prophet ... for both his wife
Barbara and his public daughter A. appeal to me or some
of my appetites. Barbara is a conservative 'woman' of
literary significance - a 'babe' of kinds long before the
Chicago spotlight and spectacle of recent litigious kind
and within prosecutorial grasps. I could swoop down
upon Barbara in all my glory as public intellectual and
governor and Leader of the Good Movement to preserve
human dignity. This with the added twist of capitalist
and common law master and Baron.
To assist my efforts - my mischief, I could speak
about, in learned fashion, 'one's day in court', 'how one
cannot always get what one wants', 'how Conrad got
what he deserved by crossing the line and by being so
rude and insensitive', 'how his greed became excessive',
'how one man should not be so materially surrounded
or adorned with the additional clutches of beauty', 'how,
like Chin, he possessed unreasonable desires for himself',
'how he took legal risks and simply lost - he knew the
game and the nature of the score and meal cards at
the National Club and elsewhere' ...

It would make me a gross predator along with the other
media icons and barons, disenchanted law professors and
lawyers and CEOs, writers and editors and publishers and
advertising salesmen and publication designers, politicians
and prosecutors, undereducated priests and ministers, let
alone the leagues of newspaper devouring stay-at-home
moms and soccer afficianados as well as investment
bankers, movie stars, artists and Sch. A bankers and
Trust operators, public servants and judges and ex-
diplomats ...
The Oracle or God has spoken to me - "I have made
you the Great Man of Intellect, Capital and Spirit that
you are so that you could save Conrad Black at this time
of debauchery, cruelty and despair for the Good. You
must indeed be the wisest in managing the contemporary
technocracy as lead scientist, technologist and spiritualist -
my Chosen Voice and Embodiment."
Let us be clear - C. Black is an intellectually, and by visible
race and economic circumstances, privileged 'boy' and
'man' at law and under socio-psychological constructions.
He is also one of the greatest social capitalists or
conservatives in the history of men and women. When
I appoint him Baron as such, he knows that a magnificent
intellect and leader has spoken through God's will. And
so I write this for him and his family and his few true and
sufficiently intelligent and empowered friends.
It is not a crime or civil wrong to be expressly materially
successful and legally ambitious, especially when serving
as a check against Big and Gluttonous Government with
its desires for growth and survival and legitimacy. Indeed,
in some fields it is a mere professional communications
necessity. Perhaps the greatest sin was to marry buxome
Barbara, yet Barbara's appeal to him transcends smart
fitness and love of high fashion and its challenges - it is
a more spirited encounter blessed by the winds.
Posner is a republican polemicist, not a true judge. Black
engaged in a corporate governance test case ala Denning,
as he is compensated to do by shareholders and others as
one of the world's most skilled press barons and stewards
over public and private resources. It is stardom in this
respect that attracts capital or investors, with the
accompanying joy that is C. Black - both entertainer-
comedian and 'advocate'.
Let me be clear, I speak as competitor to Conrad Black
and Barbara Amiel Black, yet fair play and a theory of
good governance when one is dominant (even through
one's own achievements) is part of the truly Great
Baron's life. In fact, Conrad and Barbara are among
the small group of truly great rivals to my empire.
Once again, acts of civility also mark equilibrium in
the best of the competitive spirit, and so I speak as
Chief Justice of The International Beacon Court /
Le Tribunal du Balise. I do so impartially because
abstinence would constitute a serious wrong in the
circumstances despite Conrad finding the upside to

It is not appropriate to aclimatize him to persons
of my stripe - from the disenfranchised class or
significantly less empowered by birth and birth
place - via a jail term or even clinical sessions.
His absence of compassion for persons of this socio-
political class, via his birth rights and birth place,
is not a punitive factor at criminal law. Certainly
not in the subject forms.
So just as he provided an advocate's grace to the
great technocrat and experienced U.S. President
Nixon - I do the same for him and encourage him to
continue fighting the effective 'impeachment' for
skilled corporate governance conduct.

those who work hard to maintain a dignified and
intelligent civilization - through mind and smart
courtesy. Had you been truly greedy, you would
have been a billionaire not a mere millionaire.

Perhaps I am or remain a diligent and
dispassionate friend of not only justice but of
you and your family and of the media, spirit and
material worlds because justice and good deeds and
respect for sound laws do matter. Dispassionately
yet always within the proper passions, and
intelligently, I have ruled as stated.
As one of your true competitors, I should be
rejoicing in your disgrace and fall, but I cannot
and do not wish to since justice is why we are
here fighting evil with delicacy, exploring space,
travelling across the globe, living in safely built
dwellings and enjoying international cuisine, ...
despite the gross mischief of North American
and other governments who continue to violate
Canadian, and American airspace in violation of
the duties to protect citizens from gross privacy
and bodily integrity rights. So the governments
and their wings have turned against simply because
they are properly threatened by private sector
constitutional pillars created to protect democracy,
and contain big government and its historic
unruly tendencies. Punishment for virtuous
conduct is a form of corruption, and further
corruptibility long contemplated by political
and juridical theorists and empiricists and
practitioners. Therefore, the fight to contain
the governmental aristocracy remains fierce
and, once again - virtuous, because such happens
to protect the dignity of each person when
it has always been too easy for governments to
crush the individual with a collective for power,
for market share, for wealth, for the attractions.
I know these movements all too well and their
pervasive corrupting missions so to preserve the
narrow, the 'entitled' bureaucrats of secrecy and
machinations of state and other bodies as the
leviathan grumbles into increasing nastiness and
not the nobility of the savage within - like the
innate contemplated by certain ancient Greek
pedestrian thinkers rendered famous by the
literate and their beneficiaries.

ON NEGATIVE WATCH BY BWI August 02 CONRAD BLACK AND I IN CONVERSATION, MY DOCTRINE OF ENLIGHTENED AMERICAN RENAISSANCE RESTRAINT, AND, AN EXPANDED TRIPOLAR PEACE FORMULA FOR MIDEASTConrad Black remains in jail yet writes, and lately with less puff -
as discussed by me in earlier works. Although I will disagree
with him on the makeup and structure of the new geopolitical
order which will lead to better peace and stability, he shall not
be failed by me on this occasion but only placed in check.
ON THE GLOBAL ORDER, AMERICA'S ROLE, AND MY DOCTRINE
OF ENLIGHTENED RENAISSANCE RESTRAINT FOR THE U.S.
Setting aside a detailed discussion of U.S. energy and trade
policy and accounts management, the role of Roosevelt in
defining a post-isolationist American foreign policy, I will
swiftly turn to my vision for the 21st century geopolitical
order in juxtaposition to not only Black but also Kagan and
Fukiyama whom he discusses in a recent article, and Chomsky
whom I have failed because of his misunderstanding of the
nature of the structured corporations of the 21st century.
Black's "Grand Alliance" thesis needs to be checked since
his abandonment of a nouveau multipolar formula
within my Nouveau Internationalism framework is
dangerous and out of step with sound American initiatives
of the last 200 years. Instead, the U.S. and the world
need to work within an enlightened American doctrine
of renaissance restraint straddling both isolationist and
post-isolationist, interventionist movements and alliances.
This renewed part of the American domestic and global
ethos is critical and prophetic. Although procedural
justice paradigms need to be adjusted in a number of
non liberal democratic states for their own salvation,
a multipolar socio-eco-rationalism must prevail. This
must be done with a New Tripolarism in the Middle
East, all of which to be discussed by me in a book
and series of with lectures and commentaries in the
upcoming months.
ON A NEW MIDEAST EXPANDED TRIPOLARISM
CENTRED UPON LEBANON
The Middle East peace crisis in plural form may be
resolved by employing my expanded tripolar formula
involving not only Palestinians, the people of Israel
and Lebanon but Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Iran and
Turkey.
This is why Fukiyama's optimitic manifest liberalism,
Black's Grand Alliance and Kegan's 1914 Great Power
system renaissance proposals must fail along further
applications of the Bush-Powell-Rice doctrines.
An illustration of American renaissance restraint
includes certain interventions in Lebanon through a
troubling period of American interventionism. America
might and should serve as procedural justice force
within a renewed nouveau isolationism in comparison
with the activities of autocratic states with a view to
observing reforms to poor deterrence and justice
apparatuses. This is my doctrine of American Restraint
Renaissance in application in the Middle East.
This doctrine can bettter serve the ushering into a new
era of global federalism which in some ways shall
model the American pluralist and federalist experience
with centralizing and decentralizing tensions and
frameworks of constitutional kind at work for the
betterment of human dignity. This is a new justice
and prosperity paradigm which affirms the best of
historic and contemporary thinking in a post-
League of Nations and UN world.
