survives and grieves at the stunning loss of a son - October 07 WINSTON GEORGE TANNIS ON HI N1 FLU CRISISI warned many weeks ago that this crisis would have
to be properly and diligently managed by the international
community and all its members, with a view to
preserving each and every life possible. Some of the
warnings have been weak, and insufficient and a
number of children and adults are dead, including
those residing in the U.S. and Canada. I may publish
a book to help people comprehend what it is that is
going on, but my quest for asylum may have to take
precedence. In the interim, commit diligently to the
bare mimimums of avoiding coughing spaces and not
contributing to such, cleansing one's hands regularly,
avoiding unnecessary touching, etc.
WINSTON GEORGE N. TANNIS WINSTON GEORGE TANNIS ON CANWEST DEBT CRISISCANWEST SEEKS
PROTECTION FROM CREDITORS IN COURT as it
manages its multi-billion dollar debt load and with
a number of employees and ex-employees to feel
the effects, with many subject to losses of tens of
thousands of dollars of significance to their lives and
family: "This is going to be a sad outcome for the
so-called 'little people' who have worked for CanWest
since it likely means further losses, and this is never
easy for any individual or family." says Winston
George Tannis, recognized bankruptcy and insolvency
law author and editor WINSTON GEORGE TANNIS ON HIS JUDICIAL POSTUREAlthough I am significantly known for my expertise as a
business law, and public law or constitutional law mind or
force majeure, this may be misleading in that I am also
globally recognized as a particularly agile, astute and
decorated mind, which remains available to uniquely
canvass and define any area of law much like the highest
expectation that one might attach to a Chief Justice of a Supreme
Court like in the United States or Canada. Therefore, and
because of my love of justice, professionalism, the fiduciary
and human dignity, I shall never abdicate from or allow to
be compromised this self-made and gifted loft as cultivated,
expressed and shared over a number of years before and
after my life at BWI, WG and as author, artist, filmaker.
This is one of the reasons I do not permit spurious and
arbitrary, unsubtantiated and defamatory, hurtful and
degrading assaults and criticisms against my work and
reputation to go unchecked. It is a deep sense and
comprehension of justice that drives and demands such
firmness, with the delicate touch of true laws in action.
This means unjust poverty can be alleviated sooner, that
violence against persons within and outside war contexts
can be reduced sooner rather than later, and that one's
personal integrity can remain in tact for the self and for
all since such is the promise of the law, and the rule of
law.
